In many cultures, people wrap a newborn in cloths as a symbol of protection and security. The same ritual is applied after the death of a loved one.

In this series, the cloth symbolises the need for self-protection during life. When do we drop the cloth and dare to really show ourselves or is the cloth our permanent safe haven?
